I developed this website to share my 20+ years of sourcing and procurement knowledge with the aim to provide practical and effective guidance and suppport to procurement professionals and businesses in all aspects of Sourcing and Procurement.
I believe that knowledge sharing is key to the advancement of professionals in every organization, no matter the role they play. I just happened to be in the role of Procurement. Therefore, the majority of my knowledge will relate to Procurement. However, being in Procurement, in both in-house and advisory roles, I had the opportunity to work directly with all functions of business – from finance to facilities – and in differenet industries – from government to legal, as every professional in business no matter the industry has at some point dealt with a procurement professional.
