Did you somehow end up in the profession without much knowledge, training, and experience?

Are you currently a Strategic Sourcing Consultant, Procurement Analyst, Sourcing & Procurement Advisor, Procurement Specialist, Category Buyer, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager, Procurement Manager, Head of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management, Contracts Manager, Strategic Contracts & Sourcing Advisor, Supplier Relationship Manager, or any other title that has something to do with Sourcing & Procurement?

I think many of us in the profession ended up in this profession somehow. I certainly did.

When I started out on my journey in this profession, I joined a consulting practice group call Strategic Sourcing. Little did I know that I would continue to be in this profession.

My aim for this site is to provide the knowledge, tools and tips that I have gained on this journey and to share this with others interested and working in this space.
